1. Who we are

GHM Contenidos ("GHM") is an audiovisual production company based in San Juan, Argentina, producing content for companies and institutions since 1993.

2. What data we process

• Data you send us voluntarily when contacting us via WhatsApp or email: name, phone number, email address and the content of your message.
• Server technical data: for security and operational reasons, our server automatically logs the IP address, date and time of access, and browser type.

This site has no contact forms, requires no user registration, and uses no analytics, tracking or advertising tools.

3. Why we use your data

Solely to answer your enquiries, manage the commercial or employment relationship you initiate, and keep the site secure and available. The legal basis is your consent (when you contact us) and our legitimate interest in protecting the service.

We do not make automated decisions and we do not build profiles from your data.

4. Cookies

This site sets no first-party cookies on visitors. The only cookie GHM may create is the administration panel session cookie, and it is only created when an authorised person logs in: it is strictly necessary and is not used for tracking.

YouTube videos embedded on the site may set Google cookies when played; that processing is governed by Google’s privacy policy.

5. Third-party services

The site embeds videos hosted on YouTube and links to WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube. Using those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

The site’s fonts are served from our own server: no requests are made to external font services, so your browsing is not shared with them.

We do not sell, rent or transfer your personal data to third parties.

6. Retention

We keep contact messages for as long as the enquiry or the resulting relationship lasts, and server technical logs for a limited, reasonable period for security purposes.

7. Security

The site is served entirely over HTTPS and implements modern security headers (HSTS, Content-Security-Policy, clickjacking protection and MIME-type sniffing protection). Access to contact data is restricted to the staff who need it to reply to you.

8. Your rights

Under Argentina’s Personal Data Protection Act (Ley 25.326), you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, updating and deletion of your data free of charge by writing to cv@ghmtv.com.

The Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (AAIP), the supervisory authority for Ley 25.326, handles complaints regarding non-compliance with personal data protection rules: www.argentina.gob.ar/aaip.

If you write to us from Chile or Peru, you are additionally covered by the rights granted under their respective local data protection laws.

9. Minors

This site is not directed at minors and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. Changes to this policy

If we amend this policy, we will publish the current version on this same page, together with its update date.
